BSNL Cellone — Postpaid Mobile bill- Payment | |
Hello
I have received a confirmation through SMS from Cellone regarding successful payment of my mobile bill against their INVOICE NO[protected] DATE 02 SEPT 2015
However, on log in the status is showing failed transaction.
It may be noted that that payment has already been made through net transfer and confirmation also been received.
I am totally confused. I unable to post any complaint in their web site since the relevant link under "After Payment" is not working since long.
Kindly advice, what I have to do now?
