BSNL Cellone-Prepaid (Maharashtra Circle) — Non availability of Roaming facility after moving to AP circle

Cellone prepaid mobile no: [protected] (MH circle) I moved temporarily from MH circle to AP circle since[protected] and I am unable to either make calls or receive call since then.Standard message I am getting is "Not registered on AP Network.Since I am facing this problem from[protected] whenever I set out of MH circle.I lodged customer care complaint on[protected] with MH circle vide docket no:1G[protected] before moving from MH circle.However, non availability of roaming facility to prepaid mobile persists. Will some one move this gigantic white elephant called BSNL Cellone to attended to my problem as my earlier customer care attempts with bsnl never responded.
