BSNL Cellone — Stv 155 recharge not credited and recharged :mob [protected]

I had recharged stv 155 through internet banking on 12 jul 2015 i. E. Due date for recharge. My account has been debited with rs. 155. 00 but the the data has not been recharged. I have also lost 2. 6 gb data balance. Kindly do the needful. I had also lodged a complaint on portal.
