[Resolved]  BSNL — Charged Rs.40 unnecessarily from the Main Balance

Hi, BSNL deducted Rs.40 unnecessarily from my main account balance on 15/02/2014. On that day itself i called to BSNL customer care (155223) and made a complaint regarding this. Customer care person said that the service would be deactivated and the amount would be refunded within 7 days. But even after 7 days, the amount is not refunded to me. So again I called and made a complaint but no resolution till now. Nearly 20 days gone, but the amount is not refunded to me. Please take proper action on this.
