BSNL Chennai — Deduction of money without consent.

My mobile number [protected].On 15.0.14 one message send by bsnl telling that rupees 150 has been deducted for free TV activation for one month. This is without any requirement from my side and when contacted customer care informed that amount may be credited after 7days.Why bsnl is doing this type of cheating to customers and again myself need help to prevent all commercial sms to this number. TRAI has to made strict rules against this type of cheating .
