BSNL, Chennai — Outgoing std call | |||
I have BSNL Chennai mobile NO.[protected].My STD out going has been stopped on 22Feb 16 without any reason.I made complaint on 1503, My complaint NO. 6B22TN306254.But my problem is still there.I get one call from customer care they told me resolved problem within 48 hours.whenever try to call 1503 it take 10 to 15 minutes to connect or call may end.Please solved problem. Being a government company, it showing this type of response either BSNL making way for private company to get more profit by providing good service to customers.
