I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the cancellation of my flight ticket by your airline.

My flight from Cairo to Doha (Flight No: QR1304) was cancelled by your side. Due to this unexpected cancellation, I was unable to continue my onward journey to Hyderabad on the connecting flight (Flight No: QR500), which was entirely dependent on this sector.

This cancellation has caused me significant inconvenience, including disruption of travel plans and additional stress. As the cancellation was not initiated by me, I kindly request a full refund of the ticket amount at the earliest.

I request you to treat this matter as urgent and process the refund without any further delay. Kindly confirm the status of my refund and provide a timeline for the same.
