BSNL — Deduction of offer

MY no.is [protected], i did recharge of 135rs, i.e 350 mints talk time free. i have not talked much and in just two days they are telling that i have used all free talk time. how it could be possible to talk morethan 5 hours in a day..? kindly resolve this

Updated by sri harsha m.b i got message from bsnl that complaint has been resolved!!! i shoked, and called customer care they are saying your not used full mints but it has counted for seconds and then if i ask how would you count it no response from them... they are telling me that go to bsnl office and check it and if i ask my second problem regarding 164rsa recharge no response from them...
