Due to several complain of service and excess billing of my phone no [protected] I was bound to surrender the same and the said phone had been surrendered but I have not received any rebate during the period of Dead Phone.
Since more than 2 months past still I have not received refund of my Security Deposit
Please kindly help to proceed in the matter
