BSNL — extremely poor service from bsnl and their staff | |||
Recently ported to bsnl prepaid and the time since my prepaid sim started the network service is pathetic. Called n number of times and no staff was ready to assist me but instead kept saying server is down blah blah blah and offered a call back which i never got till date. And if i call their service center then those # excuses i get. Now i want my money back so i can switch to someother carrier.
