I am having one bsnl telephone[protected] at my official residence inside bit, mesra (quarters) and i am also having broad band. i am paying rs. 1700 monthly. i have been paying all my bills regularly without any issue. you can imaging the amount i am paying but the service provided by the bsnl was very poor most of the time the line do not work. anybody can see number of complaints made from my mobile number in bsnl record as a proof.
But recently this land line was not working for the past 2 months. i have not used it since 1st of august 2016 because it was faulty. i made lot of complaints but they did not resolve. so i decided to discontinue the service of bsnl. i was looking for the e-mail of sdo of bsnl in ranchi. but i could not find any. but through one of my friend i got his mobile phone number. so i sent an sms on 30th august 2016. his number is [protected]. i also marked a copy to other bsnl staff who is handling my issue like mr. narsinghji (his mobile is [protected]. also mr. shantanu he is bsnl employee who have been helping me time to time. he is a good person but he even could not solve my issue. i also marked a copy to him.
Since my broad band was not working i could not pay the bill for the month of july. so my due to bsnl is only rs. 1700. recently i received an sms from bsnl stating that my bill due is rs. 5247 on 20th september. i am fully surprised by this. i am very annoyed by the way bsnl is treating their customers. can anybody help me.
Because of this faulty bsnl i could not do many scientific work from my home which has impacted my academic progress as well. who will compensate for the loss of my mental peace.
