I ported my number to BSNL on October 28, 2015. Then after my sad days started. Frequent call drops, network unavailable even if i'm in bangalore itself. BSNL also doesn't provide service of "Call forwarding" to other network mobile numbers. I contacted BSNL custumer care, the real hell . I bet try calling customer care and make them understand your problem !! I contacted customer care several times, nothing worked. I finally gave up and now maintaning IDEAL sim too. I realised BSNL is and wanted to port back to other network, but according to Telecom rule, we have to be in same network for 90 days after porting ...Now i'm counting days... Why government bodies are not customer service focused ?? No work ethics... All incompetent people ...Government has to take serious steps against this... Was this information helpful? |
