Dear sir,
My land line no. is[protected]. Since last 3 months I am paying un necessary charges for movies on demand & music on demand. I dont even have its user name & password neither I used single byte of this service. Still I am charged for these services for 3 months. I complained to local BSNL office 2-3 times but they failed to discontinue the service.
I hereby request you to deactivate the service immediately & credit me the amount charged for last 3 months.
I again confirm that the service is forced on me without my notice & I have not used a single byte of it till today. so please deactivate it and credit me the amount charged by you.
