BSNL — Gave only 6GB net instead of 7 GB

Sir I charged my mobile no. [protected] on 15th december woth Rs821. The benefit is of 7GB but I only got 6GB. I complaint on customer care but there was no result. Now when iam calling they are not even taking my calls. I think it is a cheating. Iam now thinking of MNP my number as Bsnl are cheaters. Please help.

Updated by Prince9968374 I tried calling them last evening now they are blocking my call. Its a shame how they can do that in a democracy. Harsh action is required.
