BSNL — In Bsnl website wrong information about recharge

Hi Sir/Mam, For data recharge, i checked recharge information from Bsnl website http://portal2.bsnl.in/myportal/quickrecharge.do. In website there are 150mb data in Rs 29 when i recharged, this pack is convert in call rate cuter pack. I also called customer care and talk with Mr Vinit who is customer care executive. He told me they can't help me because its website problem. I have screenshot of website plan details there are no full information about recharge. I lost my 29 rupees because of bsnl website fault.
