Dear Sir, I wish to inform you that my landline works for only 10 days in a month out of the 30 days.This information can be got from the number of complaints I have lodged with you, and many of the complaints have been closed with out rectifying the same. The last complaint was made on 26.12.2015 and the docket No.[protected] and I received a message to my shock as usual that the complaint has been resolved and closed. Hence I request you for a full refund of the Plan charges. Please do the needful at the earliest. With regards, S. Vinod
