Since around two years we have this bsnl wireless internet. Every month they are coming on time to collect the fee. But almost every month they forget to update the account data. So two days later the account is expired and internet is not working anymore. So we have to call them to enable the account again. Sometimes the account expires after two weeks. And last month they had "problems" the internet was not working for over a week. Do you think we got a refund for that? Ofcourse not. I hope their boss is reading that and lowers their salary.

Updated by t38923075 I called them again on monday on the phone numbers[protected] and [protected]. They said everything is fine, it is working. But still I got the message "Error: You are already logged in - access denied" when trying to login. Yesterday my login was working. Today again it failed with the same message. How difficult can it be to configure this router properly? I wish they would just check the hardware address instead of doing that funny login procedure. Also it would be nice to be able to pay online and check the account status online. You know, it's not 1990 anymore...
