BSNL jodhpur — Landline phone complaint

I made a complant for landline phone no [protected] which is dead for last 10 days the complant no is [protected] bookd on toll free no 1500 . person came for removeing complant but did not remove complant .the land line phone is still dead.Person sand for removing complant has wrong information that phone has inrunning condition where as landline phone no [protected] is still dead. kindly remove complant
