Dear sir,
My landline No[protected] has been dead from May 8th 2013 up till now -August 16th 2014. I have made several complaints to the various officers in Kadakhpada, and Kalao Talao in Kalyan, but all that they did was make me run from pillar to post. I have even tried writing to the telecome minister, but it was just a waste of time and energy. In spite of the line being dead BSNL keeps sending false messages that the line has been restored and billing for both the landline and broadband. I disconnected the broadband, but they are still billing me for the landline. Please help and do the needful, as I am a senior citizen with health problems,
