BSNL — land line number not working

Sir my land line tele no 273373 (Tamang Bommdila region Disst West Kamang) not working last 72 huores. When Ii left hand set the annoncment THIS TELE PHONE OUT OF ORDER, PLS CONTECET ACCOUNT OFFICER .Sir but I pay all bill till date .I also contect account officer bomdila ( dist west kamang arunachal pardesh).He say your all bill was pay . What is this problem every thing is ok in my side but my number is not working pls solve my problem at earlest .
