BSNL — Land phone were not working last 3 days

I had problem with my land phone(BSNL) connection, already complaint same day but no were actions taken last three days from them.My land phone number 256039 – 04396 in Kerala under division of Kozhikode – kalppetta section. I look forward to this complaint will help me to solve the issue.
