I have been complaining about by broad band connection issue to BSNL via toll free and each time they give me only the complaint no# and they send the default SMS stating your complaint is assigned to BSNL staff Ramesh T.D. mobile no# [protected] but when I call the staff he is not picking up the phone and again and again new complaint is getting registered. My last complaint no# is[protected]. /[protected]
We have not been able to use our landline and Broadband connection in the last 1 month but still I am surprised to see our monthly bill amount getting increased.

Today Again a new complaint no# is given and all the below complaints are closed without even attending the problem. Is this the kind of service you provide to a customer.

Still the problem is not resolved. Can you speed up the process and give me a permanent solution. Every time I register a complaint it is getting closed without resolving the issue.
