BSNL — Landline / broad band | |||||
The phone line is not working for the past 4 days.Inspite of several complaints to customer care no progress. We are unable to use the landline or broad band services. Every time you call the customer care, they say the call is still open and will be resolved soon. Complaining to se also has no progress so far. Very very bad and pathetic service from bsnl. Never go in for bsnl landline or broad band — it is equally costly and they do not care for you when the line is not working or is poor.
