We the under mentioned executives of Mines Rescue Services, ECL, an Emergency Organisation and part of Disaster Management Core group, formed by Honourable District Magistrate, Burdwan, West Bengal;suffering tremendously due to 'Non Shifting of BSNL Landline and Broadband connection' from Neamatpur exchange to nearest exchange i, e, Kumarpur exchange of Asansol Telecom District WB Circle. SDE Kumarpur exchange Deliberately and Purposefully kept our Application pending from August 2015 While Selectivly shifting some connection(e.g. Ph no:2511139 ) at his Exchange. We the sufferers met the concerned SDE of Kumarpur exchange but failed to convince restoration of our Lines while he is at his sweet will to shift some others line. He not even bother the Commercial interest of BSNL in reconnecting Lines of more than 20 years old Bonafide Customers. Our telephone lines Disconnected due to Road Extension from AUGUST 2015 and still not restored neither shifted to nearest exchange i, e, Kumarpur exchange of Asansol Telecom District WB Circle, which has already provided few lines to locality. Ironically BSNL is continuously raising Bills for the Disconnected period instead of paying COMPENSATION for Harassment due to Disconnectivity of Essential Services. In this regard, we request your good chair to look into the Malpractice of concerned SDE of Kumarpur exchange of Asansol Telecom District, WB Circle; so that valued Customers needn't to look for other Private Operators.
