Dear Sir,
I submit a application on 28/9/[protected] for the disconnection of Broad Band and change the plan of Rs195 /month only for call. but after two month position is same. I visited two times and meet HDO of BSNL office. Yesterday a phone call come form BSNL office and she said that first you pay the balance payment then disconnection done. Why I pay Bill of OCT and Nov .
