BSNL — Lost my sim on 21-12-15

My phone was stolen from my room on 21-12-15 at around 09:30 PM it had my sim numbered [protected] so i wanted to get it blocked the phone was stolen from my room in Delhi whereas the sim was of MP and was in roaming and i want it to get it blocked please help me.
