[Resolved] BSNL — Miss selling

I'm a bsnl land line customer since2007. Nowadays, Bsnl recently introduced a plan to land line customers. Ie.. free calling to all land line and mobile in any network in India from may 1-2015. In this time, I went to chalakudy bsnl office and ask about this offer. One of the staff is tell about that, this offer is applicable to all the land line customers except broadband connections. But, in this month, they calculated bill by added my calls during that time(9pm-7am) in my bill amount.No free benefits given to me. It is a kind of mis selling.
