BSNL — Mobile no not working / disconnected

I have a mobile no-[protected]. My mobile no had been disconnected by bsnl dated on[protected] due to unknown reason.In this mobile no i have balance approxe rs.27 & validity till nov-2016. I contentious use my this no. I also visit bsnl exchange rewari 3time. But no response from bsnl office. I also logged a complaint on website on 04.06.2016. My complaint no is 2f04457532. Please check & resolve my problem as soon as possible. My alternate no is [protected].
