Date of Incident[protected] Complaint Docket No[protected] Landline no - [protected] Registered alternate mobile no - [protected] Complaint details: (Need Repair and proper service) I have registered a complain in BSNL customer care no (1500) through IVR on[protected]. But through IVR there is no option to mention the original issue for which we raising the complaint. I have raised the complaint for no clearance in the calls and some background noise is coming in both dialler and receiver end. Also I have broadband connection associated with the same number where I am not receiving the mentioned speed. I didn't receive any calls to my landline number nor to my registered corresponding mobile number where i am receiving message for complaints registered. But within a day i have received a message saying my complaint has been resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||||
