I have a BSNL land line connection from 1995 and have broadband connection from 2008. My Customer Id no. is [protected] and my Phone no is[protected]. From Last 4 Months I am having a lot of noises in my phone. My Broadband get Disconnected every 5-10 min and I am having very poor latency. My SNR Value shows less than 9 and Attenuation Value shows more than 50
After getting no answer on Standard BSNL Service Complain Bookings, I try to contact them Directly. But after continuously running the office no one ever came to visit my house. Now they are saying me that my complain cant be solved and I should disconnect the Telephone Line. Kindly check on this matter and please help me solve my issue.
