BSNL — non adding of concern BSNL nimsr in Jai Jawan Scheme

Respected Sir,
with due respect i Lahna Singh submit that i purchaged a BSNL connection No. [protected] under Jai Jawan scheme and gave two number for availing 20 minute free call on daily basis. Initially this facility started after 05 to 06 days. Notstanding with that, after activation of SIM i called to one of my number which i haven for free 20 minute that is [protected]. However it could not connect. Upon which i talked to customer care of BSNL for almost 7 times and it is very painfull to say that all had made a mockery of my problem. None of your custmer care executive was willing to solve my problem. I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and add [protected] as my choice number for 20 min free calling which i have submitted in my form.
