I have send port request to BSNL but they always deny my port request I don't know why they are not giving me UPC code and when I use to complain at customer care they don't even listen the problem of not getting UPC and cut the call. A return massage is received every time saying UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance. My BSNL SIM is of 12 months old and no pending dues. I am repeatedly trying to contact BSNL customer care at [protected] from my BSNL no. but no response. Please do some fruitful step such as I can get UPC code to Portout from BSNL. Thank you.
