I am using BBG Combo ULD 1425 and I am supposed to get 4Mbps from the first of the month for a Limit of 20 GB Data! Now 4 days have passed and I am getting only 1Mbps and I I call the helpline No one answers the phone! When i went to the BSNL Broadband office in Margao they tell me that there is a problem in the lien and they will send the lineman to rectify the problem but no one has come to attend the problem!
