My Internet connection and phone line have been dead for more than a week now, everyday I called the customer service and ask them politely to rectify the problem but all i get in reply is that they will fix it the day I called them themselves but they never did... in fact the customer service today rudely answer the phone told to he does not know when they will fix it and hung up on me... Seriously I paid my bill every time and this is the third time this kind of things happen to my telephone line and the reply I get when I called the customer service centre, I'd like an appropriate action taken against them... I paid my bill in full plus every time they fix the line I have to pay the linesman Rs.200... I think that this has gone on long enough
