BSNL — Payment not recevied | |||
with respect, i would like to inform to the concerned authorities, on july 15 2015 i tried to recharge my phone via bsnl online portal.i comlpleted the procedure and the transaction was complete, also the bsnl debited Rs.500 from my bank account but did'nt get my phone recharged.on the same day i got my complaint register with bsnl, i even initiated and talked to many authorities and customer care executives.they gave me assurance of attaining and clearing the problem within one week, but no initiative has been taken yet now, the services offered by bsnl is very poor. i have all the relavant documents, such as; bank A/c statement, transaction id and even i forwarded the complaint to many people.please take this issue and solve this problem.i feel that the authorities are careless and very slow, i'm very unhappy with the behaviour of the officials.till now i did'nt get my money refunded.expecting speedy remedy.
