BSNL — phone not working since 6 months

dear sir My tel no. is[protected] it is not working since last 6 months innumerable complaints are of no use. i am religiously paying monthly bill of Rs 730. you can see from my call list that i have not made a single call 1) why am i charged if i do not get services. 2) why are complaints not solved Pls look into matter Thaking you Jagrati Banerjee
