My phone was not working since Sep 14, both the landline and the broadband was unreliable. On Sep 21, I officially complaint this to BSNL and the docket number corresponding to the same is[protected].
After repeated phone calls to the telephone exchange and customer care finally the issue got resolved only on Oct 12 late evening.
Even though the phone was literally dead all these while, the bill amount was full. I had taken the broadband connection so that I could attend the late night official calls from home. Due to the unavailability of service I had to stay back at office resulting in more stress and unnecessary frustrations.
