Dear sir/Madam I am Mamata Biswal, having My Bsnl No.[protected].I already complained many times (Complain No-Ko[protected]Kalyani Sahoo.) for detective my cricket pack.I have no subscribe this plan but automatic this plan is activated again and again.On dated 15.11.2013, time 2.43am at Night this plan is activate from your side and deduct my balance Rs.8 from 56505 no.and again deduct same date Time 7.05 in Morning Rs.15.and again deduct on dated 28.11.2013, time 6.29 at morning.So i want to know why my balance repeatedly deduct.. So I request to you please detective my cricket plan and as soon as possible and please refund my total balance Rs.38.00.please take a needful action from your side.. I am facing a similar problem. I am getting one message each day from BT-MAVERK and Rs. 3/- is deducted from my balance every three days. I am asked to send message "STOP' to 155223 to unscribe. I have done that repeatedly, but absolutely of no use. I made complaints to BSNL in every manner possible, and occassionally I get response that they will deactivate the service, but the messages to my mobile and deduction of Rs. 3/- goes on without fail. I think I will have to switch over from BSNL to some other service provider.
Complaint docket no. 3L09KL-327637-BSNL, Docket no. [protected], Doket no.3L07KL324429 are all related to this.
