BSNL — Poor Service & wrong charges | |||||
I had placed a new connection of BSNL broadband. They took long time to set up the broadband connection. Later at the time of installation I was assigned the telephone number[protected]. I took a plan of 4 MBPS of speed whereas I was hardly getting any. Due to poor speed I could hardly use internet for 15 days also. Regarding billing, modem charge was included in the bill even though we haven't used modem provided by BSNL. Was this information helpful? | |||||
