BSNL — Prepaid Amount Not fully credited

Today Morning, I contact Customer care officer of BSNL from Mumbai. I clearly said that I am using BSNL tamil nadu sim here and I want the full talk time plan detail. She said to recharge for 250 rupees and so that I will get full talk time. I used BSNL website (https://portal.bsnl.in/rc/aspxfiles/instaRecharge.aspx#Submitpage) and I got only 222/-. Previously I had balance of 2 rupees. Later when I contact customer care officer they are not giving proper information and putting call on wait and line get disconnected after some time. The number I have recharged is [protected]. Why the remaining 30 rupees not credited ?? Its BSNL Tamil Nadu Nesam Gold Plan.Regards J Lalith Varman
