Mine is a BSNL Mithram plan. but it got expire on yesterday ie, 26.04.2014. so in order to extend validity I had made a general pre paid online recharge of 110 Rs through BSNL Portal ( portal.bsnl.in), so that BSNL can automatically deduct the mithram plan amount of Rs 49 from my balance to extend validity.. But i got message that Transaction could not be processed. Following is the transaction ID and Receipt Number. Kindly help to solve this issue.
