BSNL Prepaid — Name tune not activated after repeated request

Sir to activate the Name tune service I have sent a message NT AMIT and sen it to 56799. then I replied 3 for Amit(English). after two days the tune has not been activated.the customer care agents replied me to wait again and again. But after two days how many days i willl have to wait i dont know. please help me. My Mobile no. [protected](Kolkata). AMIT MANDAL
