[Resolved] BSNL Prepaid — Rs 81 lost due to wrong information provided through customer center 1503 | |||
My mobile number [protected] validity was about to expire on[protected]. I have called the BSNL Prepaid call center 1503 and and asked them the details of my plan and I asked them what I have to do on[protected]. The BSNL customer care person told me that my plan was in BSNL - SIMPLE and he asked me to recharge for Rs 81 for 6 months validity. On[protected], When I tried to check the same information in the internet, it says for the existing customer of BSNL-SIMPLE plan customer to topup for 100 & above for an validity extension of 6 months . The on[protected], I called the customer care and registered the above said same information and they told me that they will return back with 24 hours after listening to the recorded conversation. on[protected] I again called them and they told that its under process and the amount will be credited by midnight 12:00PM. But till now its not done. Today by 10:19AM, When I again called them, the BSNL customer care person says its your fault and the money can't be refunded. The person put me on hold for nearly 22 minutes saying that she is transferring the call to her senior officer. Today I have been cheated by the BSNL customer care persons for their wrong information. I need my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||

every time when I called them for past 3 days they were saying the server is down and contact me after sometime. Only twice the call will be connected to the BSNL customer care executive and then it will be asking for the same options to select.
Really very much feed up with these type of services.
