[Resolved] BSNL — Prepaid Sim card using as 3G Not Working

The Sim card I use in BSNL 3G Data card belongs to AP and currently I am in
pune, Maharashtra. I recharged it with 2GB of data for Rs.252 but whenever I try to "connect", it shows
"The PP protocol link control protocol is terminated". I tried to call to customer care service no one is responding properly.

The Data Card you are using is multi sim option enabled ??
If yes means go to the settings on the dashboard of the data card .
and choose conection profiles and manually select the operator from the drop down list and save the settings . Now, close the dashboard and unplug your data card. Reconnect the data card and try to connect to internet by using the connect button on the dashboard..
