Dear Sir/Madam
I have an Internet connection with BSNL. I was not well since last 7 months and I was on bed rest. 3rd october 2013 I payed all the pending bills. My Internet connection was started again. But it does't work properly. I called many times to BSNL Rasra and Registered my complain to BSNL Office Ballia on this NO[protected]. My problem is not fixed. Many times I have to wait more than half an hour to connect the Internet. I can't do the proper or regular work through internet.
Please look into the matter to solve my problem.
