I have recharged my bsnl mobile using BSNL self care portal app,
I have recharged to [protected] mobile no from [protected] mobile thru app for RS.1499 one year pack on 16th August 2022. Since there is a bug in the app, this is recharged the [protected] (from mobile i have recharged) instead of recharging [protected], but this mobile already has 1 year validity. Both SIMS bolongs to me only.
I requested for transfer of fund to [protected] mobile or refund of the amount. I have visited 3 BSNL offices without any use. On 23rd have raised the issue with BSNL call center and i was that it will be done in 7 days. Again i have called them on 3rd sep 2022 and i was told with in 24 hrs i will get refund. till now nothing is happend.
