I had recharged both phones (numbers as below) as per STV447

2. [protected] on 16th July '22 REF: PGSM[protected]
Today suddenly both phones stopped giving me access to phone calls and the message was of 'no balance or insufficient balance'.
I didn't have any need to make many calls since I use internet, whatsapp and signal.
This is monstrous and extremely discouraging for committed consumers despite several offerings from other vendors.
Can I demand an immediate response and reinstatement? Was this information helpful? |
