BSNL — Refund not given after cancellation of landline connection

Demand Note details:- DN id:[protected] DN date:30.03.2013 SSA: AMB Pay by date:30.04.2013 Exchange:AMBAHR Telephone No.:[protected] Activity:Service Order Provisioning Address of applicant: 1932-33, sector 1Housing Board Colony, Ambala City Ambala City, Ambala, Haryana 134002 Dear Sir / Madam They accepted a deposition of Rs 500/- without knowing or thinking about the telephone lines whether they have been laid under the ground or not and after waiting for 10 or 15 days when the connection was not given to me I approached to cancel my request .There in SDO office I came to know through the officer that the telephone lines have not been laid under the ground yet in my area of residence.On 30th April I cancelled or withdrew my request . That was the day and today is the day that I have not received my Rs 500/-, So I request you to get me refunded my money with interest accountable till today as soon as possible without making me wait any more.
