[Resolved]  BSNL — regarding excess bill

Dear Sir/Madam we have a bsnl land line number[protected]. It, s bill is too much excess than our usage from 3 or 4 months after call details we found a unknown number in the detail list which is called a lot of times from last few months, the number is [protected] & [protected]. After request letter on dated 7/7/2014 & reminder on dated15/7/2014 of there is not any response from the bsnl What we should do. Hoping for the favourable response
