FROM 14.05.2015 MY BRODBAND IS NOT WORKING AND FROM THAT DAY I HAVE LODGED THE COMPLAINT TO BSNL CUSTOMER CARE BUT FROM THAT DATE THEY ARE ASSURING ME THAT OUR ENGINEER WILL ATTEND THE COMPLAINT WITHIN 24-48 HOURS BUT MY COMPLAINT HAVE NOT BEEN SOLVED YET. AFTER 48 HOURS I AM REGULARLY CALING THE CALL CENTRE AND THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM, THEY ONLY ASSURE ME THAT MY COMPLAINT WILL BE SOLVED AT THE EARLIEST.SO I REQUEST U TO KINDLY SOLVE MY PROBLEM IMMEDIATLY OR I HAVE TO DISCONECT MY CONNECTION AND PURCHASE ONE ANOTHER BRAND BRODBAND CONNECTION.
